Merch2 highly values all our customers and understand when things don’t go as planned. We are dedicated to providing high-quality customer service.
If a physical item that you have purchased from Merch2 does not properly work (and has not been damaged by you) and you would like to return for a replacement, you have 30 days from the purchase date to notify us.
Purchases of physical items from Merch2 may be returned for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- You have contacted Merch2 customer service in regard to a damaged product immediately
- Products have been received by customer outside of described condition on Merch2 website (examples of described conditions include, but are not limited to; condition grades (A,B,C), renewed products, revisited products, like new
- Products have been received from customer damaged or unplayable
- Products are returned within 30 days of initial shipment.
- Digital products are not eligible for return
- Customer has verification of purchased
Under no circumstances will ineligible products be accepted for return. Merch2 retains final authority in all circumstances whether to accept or decline an item eligible for refund.
If an item returned is as described on Merch2 website when purchased (condition grade, renewed product, etc.) the customer may be subject to not receiving full refund or replacement product.
