Great question! Merch2 purchases large quantities of product directly from retail chains. This can include (but is not exclusive to) overstock, returns, and even brand new product.
We aim to fully disclose product condition to our customers. We either take photos of the product, or label the product with certain disclaimers such as: open box, new with tags, condition grade A, condition grade B, etc. If you have any product inquiries, or would like to see photos of a certain product send us a message! Our professional quality control teams are dedicated to doing whatever it takes to fully test, clean, and renew products back to great condition! If you are ever not satisfied with your product, please feel free to contact us and we will ensure that you are happy and satisfied with your order.

- If you missed your delivery, carriers may place a missed delivery notice on your door or mailbox with instructions to pick up or redeliver your package. If no notice was left behind, or you have issues with the carrier, please contact Customer Service.
